Materials and Methods

  • Cell Line: MCF7 (RIKEN BRC)
  • Medium: DMEM (Nacalai tesque)
  • Plate: EZSPHERE® SP MICROPLATE 96 well plate (IWAKI)
  • Seeding Cell density: 1250-40000 cells/well
  • Culture days: 1-4 days
  • Imaging methods: High magnification lens, Manual Focus
  • Analysis: DeepLearning plugin (option

Results and Conclusions

  • Spheroids in microwells can be quantified in a label-free manner.
  • By using the DeepLearning plugin, even complex shaped wells. It is possible to detect only cells.
  • You can compare and examine the size of spheroid within 1 well.
